Here’s a must-listen brilliant composition by Rukshan Perera – a creative adaptation of Bohemian Rhapsody with Sri Lankan nursery rhymes. The musical standard of this song is an A++ and caters to all – it will take all the Sri Lankan adults into a nostalgic tour into their childhood, it makes you feel like you’re listening to Bohemian Rhapsody, and it will teach the new generation of Sri Lankan children some old cultural Sri Lankan nursery rhymes with a fun video!
But most importantly, this is a well thought out creative composition by Rukshan that takes you back & forth to the famous Queen’s song Bohemian Rhapsody without using its tune but by only adapting the same 5 forms – starting with an acapella section with very creative harmonies, then a ballad-like song, then the guitar solo, then going into a frenzy with gallelio, and finally ending up with a slow moving lullaby.
