**Chinthaka diagnosed with worse type of parkinsons disease and now he can’t even do basic human functions and lost complete body control
**No Medicaid or Medicare due to his lost visa status
**His two kids who graduated from High School, work full time, to pay all home bills, medical expenses and taking care of him.
** It has become impossible to give him home care and he is in a dire critical situation and now heading towards the end stages.

1. While patient is at the nursing care, thanks to your continuous support, now we are seeing the possibility of Air lift him to Sri Lanka so that his extended family can take care of him. If this works out, we need only $20,700.00 (Down to one month care plus airlifting him for $16,500) Quote attached.
2. We informed Sri Lanka Embassy about this project on 01/09/2020 and asked their help. Embassy has also been contacted by a family member.
3. If anyone knows a cheaper airlifting option, please let is know.
