Like so many stories of humble beginnings, the company President and CEO, John Amirthiah, started J Med operations from the confines of his garage and used his personal vehicle to deliver medical products to his early clients. Today, J Med Supplies proudly occupies a large warehouse in Buena Park, CA spans an impressive 40,000 square feet with locations in Brea, CA and now in San Diego, CA. By the end of the year J Med has plans to open distribution centers in Las Vegas, NV and Arizona.
Before the inception of J Med, John Amirthiah had 18 years of management-level experience working for a large multinational medical supply company and a DME company. John Amirthiah has been honored as the Inspiring Leader for IE Magazine (Industrial Era Magazine). Through his strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to his clients, John has not only expanded the business but also enhanced J Med’s internal processes, turning them into a highly efficient system. He has cultivated a dedicated team that shares his philosophy of “work hard & play harder.”
