NCOBAA is presenting YATHRA (The Voyage), a Sinhala film (with English subtitles) that has not yet been screened in Sri Lanka to the Los Angeles Sri Lankan community on November 2 at 2.00 PM at Ahrya Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills. The proceeds will support the Retired Teachers’ Medical Insurance of Nalanda College and the Cancer Project of Maharagama Apeksha Cancer Hospital. A veteran actress, Sriyani Amarasena, a producer who is playing a role in the film, will grace the film screening to meet the audience.
